Product Description:
CHAMPRO–S256 is a silicone-based dryer release agent, formulated by emulsifying silicone oil. This product exhibits strong heat resistance, oxidation resistance, viscosity-temperature characteristics, and high compressibility, making it suitable for long-term use within a temperature range of -50°C to 300°C. Additionally, it is non-toxic, non-corrosive, and physiologically inert.
CHAMPRO–S256 can be sprayed directly onto the dryer surface, forming a breathable yet highly water-repellent and moisture-resistant film. This effectively isolates sticky substances from the dryer, allowing them to be carried out of the system with the paper web, thereby preventing the accumulation of sticky substances on the dryer and keeping the surface cleaner.
Furthermore, it provides lubrication, extending the service life of both the dryer and doctor blades. It also reduces paper breaks caused by sticky substances, improving the operational efficiency of the paper machine.
